Here are the steps involved with manufacturing custom made sports kit, for our two product types - digitally sublimated clothing and cut and sew clothing
The design of your choice, along with any sponsor's logos and numbers are fed through our wide format sublimation printer
Once the fabric has been sublimated with your design, we then cut out the panels by hand
Your club logo is then embroidered onto the fabric in the place requested when ordering, using our automated embroidery machinery
Once embroidery has been completed, the different panels are stitched together to produce the finished product

Design a Sublimated kit
The design, any sponsors, names and numbers are sublimated onto white polyester fabric, through a large format sublimation printer.
One the fabric has been dyed, then the outside of the pattern [dyed into the fabric] is cut around by hand.
The club logo is then embroidered onto the flat piece of fabric using an automated embroidery machine.
Once embroidered, the pieces of fabric, usually the front, reverse and two sleeves are stitched together to give the finished product
